We provide compassionate care for a wide range of mental health and psychiatric conditions, including depression with symptoms such as suicidal ideation and self-harm, as well as various anxiety disorders like OCD, panic attacks, social anxiety, PTSD, and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Our services also address bipolar and other mood disorders, grief and loss, everyday stressors, and attention-related challenges such as ADD and ADHD. In addition, we support individuals dealing with substance abuse or dependency, schizophrenia spectrum conditions including schizoaffective disorder, mania, and psychosis, as well as adjustment disorders, helping each person work toward stability, healing, and improved well-being.
I have spent the past 17 years working as a Registered Nurse, a role that has allowed me to care for patients during some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives. Throughout my nursing career, I developed a deep appreciation for the connection between physical health and mental well-being. Many of the patients I encountered were struggling not only with medical conditions but also with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges that significantly affected their overall health.
These experiences inspired me to further my education and transition into the field of psychiatry. I pursued and completed a Master’s degree with a specialization in psychiatric mental health, where I focused on developing advanced clinical skills in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. My goal has always been to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care while recognizing the whole person behind the symptoms.
